• Are there items you don’t remove?

Yes, we cannot handle hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, asbestos, gasoline, or medical waste.

• How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is based on the volume of items and the space they take up in our truck. We offer free, no-obligation estimates and will provide a clear quote before starting any work.

• Do you recycle or donate items?

Yes! We strive to be eco-friendly by recycling and donating items whenever possible. Usable items are donated to local charities or organizations, and recyclable materials are properly sorted and disposed of.

• How soon can you schedule a pickup?

We aim to provide same-day or next-day service whenever possible. Contact us to check availability for your preferred date and time.

• Do I need to be home during the pickup?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the items and you’ve approved the estimate, we can handle the job without you being there. Just let us know your preferences in advance.

We proudly serve Carroll, Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Heard, Meriwether, and Troup Counties. 

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of the job.

You can request a free estimate by filling out the contact form on our website, calling us, or texting us pictures of the items you need removed. We’ll provide a quick and accurate quote.

• What size jobs do you handle?

We can handle jobs of all sizes, from single-item pickups to full property cleanouts. No job is too big or small for J&V Junk Hauling.

• What happens to my junk after it’s removed?

We prioritize eco-friendly disposal by sorting items for recycling, donation, and proper waste management. Our goal is to minimize landfill use and give back to the community whenever possible.
